Blue Port Investments

Blue Port Investments is an Equity Fund principally focused on large cap North American and Chinese Tech companies. It has generated substantial returns from these holdings. Blue Port reduced its equity exposures and repaid all leverage during 2020. The fund is rarely trades and has enjoyed stellar returns in 2023, 2024 and 2025.

Blue Port Residential

BPR is the operating name of the group's residential property business in London. This comprises a number of high quality tenanted residences in Fulham and Chelsea. This is the oldest of the Blue Port businesses, founded in 2004, and enjoys a very stable income and capital growth profile.

Rupert and Caroline Hume-Kendall are Blue Port's sole shareholders and directors.
As an Investment Banker, Rupert was Chair of the Board of Bank of America Merrill Lynch International Limited and retired in 2015. He now has Non Executive and Advisory roles.
Caroline has backgrounds in PR and property management. She was also a professional photographer. She plays golf for Cornwall and was runner up in the 2025 County Championships. She is a course panellist for Golf Monthly.
